The Platform is designed so that the primary account is created exclusively by parents or legal guardians aged 18 or over, who may then register their children or minors under their care.

We may process the following data depending on how you use the Platform:

• Parent/guardian account data: name, email, phone, authentication credentials, subscription and billing information, support history.
• Child profile data: nickname or name, age range, tasks, goals, rewards, and progress — managed by the parent/guardian.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card details on our own servers.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, OS, browser, access logs.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Platform's features;
• Manage subscriptions and payments;
• Prevent fraud and security incidents;
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Children's Privacy

Questdoo is designed for families. Child profiles are managed entirely by the parent or legal guardian account. We minimize data collection for minors and do not require sensitive personal data from children by default.
